Box Office Hours
Our Box Office is open Tuesday through Saturday 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and two hours before any ticketed event. We are located on 512 Washington St SE, Olympia WA 98501. Reach the Box Office by phone at (360) 753-8586, by walking up, or by sending an email to [emailprotected].
Patron Guarantee
We want our patrons to feel confident about their ticket purchases. If a show is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Can’t attend the new date? Call the Box Office and we will assist you with your flexible options. If a show is canceled altogether, we will offer a full ticket refund.
Vouchers
To redeem a Washington Center voucher, please contact our box office staff. Vouchers can be redeemed over the phone or in person, and all vouchers must be turned in before tickets can be claimed. Washington Center vouchers are subject to ticket limits per show and per customer, and do not guarantee seating in any specific area, so be sure to redeem early for the best seats. Standard facility fees apply.

If you cannot attend your event - Refund, Exchange, and Donation Policy
All ticket purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable once a transaction has been completed with the exception of tickets to events that have been rescheduled or canceled outright per our Patron Guarantee. In a qualifying circ*mstance, you may request a refund of the ticket price. (Ticket price does not include $4.00 per ticket non-refundable service fees. Refund requests may be made until 2 weeks prior to the start of the event.) We understand that personal schedules sometimes change, and in these instances we have the following options available to you.
Ticket Exchanges and Ticket Donations
If you or a member of your party is unable to attend an event, please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before the start of your performance. You may:
- Gift your tickets to a friend, OR
- Donate your tickets back to the presenting organization, OR
- Exchange your tickets for another event in the future*
- Tickets for Washington Center Presented events may be exchanged* to other Washington Center Presented or Artistic Partnerevents in advance by phone, or in person, subject to availability.
- Tickets for events presented by our Artistic Partners or other renters are subject to each individual organization’s ticket exchange policy which my differ from the Washington Center’s exchange policy. Always check with the Box Office before making plans.
*$4.00 per ticket exchange fee applies.
Lost Tickets
Contact the Box Office during regular business hours to recover lost tickets. A reissue fee of $4.00 per ticket will apply.
Discounts
The following discounts may be offered for Washington Center Presented events, but may not be available at some of our rental and Artistic Partner shows. To find out when the following discounts are available, please contact our box office.
Military / 10% off / Available to active, former, or reservist patronsand one dependent
Student Rush / $10 tickets / Only available the day of an event, if purchased in person at the Box Office. Available to all patrons 18 and youngeror patrons of any age with valid student ID
Group Discount/15% Off / Available to groups of 15 or more. Please contact the Box Office to coordinate a group ticket sale.
Service Fee Information
Ticket service fees may vary and are charged on all ticket purchases. Ticket service fees go toward the following:
- Future capital improvements
- Equipment Repair and Replacement Fund
- Operational funds

Lost & Found
Our facilities are thoroughly cleaned after each event, and we do maintain and lost and found. If you have lost and item, please contact our office staff during regular business hours.
Policies
Ticket Resale Policy
All hard tickets and e-tickets have the original face value printed on them. Ticket resale or attempted resale at a price higher than face value is a violation of our policies. As such, we reserve the right to cancel purchases found to be sold under these circ*mstances.
Children 2 and under
Children age 2 and under do not need a ticket if they will be sitting on your lap. Children ages 3 and up will need a ticket in order to attend our events.
Inclement Weather
General policy at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts is that all events are held rain or shine, with the exception of severe/dangerous weather.
Events held at Kenneth J. Minnaert Center for the Arts are subject to school-wide closures. Decisions regarding college closures will normally be made by 5:30 am on the day in question and broadcasted shortly thereafter. Decisions regarding evening classes/events may be made later in the day and might not observe the same type of closures as daytime. The college closure information will be updated on the school website at 10:00am and at 3:00pm.
In case of cancellation, notifications will be provide as soon as possible via customer email, our website, and social media. This information will also contain details regarding ticketing options, which may include refunds, exchanges, reschedules, or tax-deductible donation options.

Security
Only event ticket holders are permitted into the theater during scheduled events. Only on-duty officers of the law may carry weapons in our theaters. Patrons may not bring weapons of any kind into our theaters, regardless of any licenses. This includes firearms. Please store weapons offsite in a secure location before entering theater premises.
