🆕🆕🆕Our 2023 Position Paper is 𝐎 𝐔 𝐓 🗞This year, we focused on 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒍𝒍: 𝒂 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔, to pinpoint the work of LLLP and of our members on the topic. The Paper provides a series of recommendations for system-level, provider-level and learner-level changes that can usher a new approach to competence development.
